Senior Business Analyst - Banking

Description

Our Banking team is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst in Belgium,  to work with our client/s in the Private sector.

As a Senior IT Business Analyst within NTT DATA you will:

  • Align, evaluate, and challenge the business team and the technical team concerning requirements, planning, technical solutions, and risks/issues.
  • Identify and then prioritize technical and functional requirements.
  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
  • Be responsible and coordinate the configuration and deployment of the solution.
  • Defining and gathering of business process and requirements and reporting them back to the project stakeholders.
  • Evaluate those processes for efficiency, cost, and results.
  • Be involved in the development of the Benelux Banking Practice.
  • Help to recruit, train, and coach junior team members.

Requirements

  • University degree.
  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience as IT business analyst with strong IT & technical affinity.
  • Experience working as integrator in implementation projects.
  • Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must, French is a plus
  • Experience working in an ‘Agile’ is a must.
  • Experience working in an international context with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
